Provision of data
The data provision consists of various reports:
- Standard reports from Microsoft 365
- PowerShell queries from Microsoft 365
- PowerShell queries from the on-premises Microsoft Active Directory/Directories
(You will receive documentation in advance to prepare and test your environment for PowerShell queries)
Effort & Duration
A complete analysis of all user accounts in your Microsoft 365 clients is not necessary. A pre-check determines the user accounts for the detailed analysis – on average about 25 – 30% of all user accounts.
You will receive a clear statement about possible savings potential in your Microsoft 365 environment in a timely manner.
Until the analysis report is completed, your only effort is to provide the above-mentioned data.
The analysis can be performed at almost any time, for example in preparation for
